Brothers Vasili & Tony were inspired to bring the European Cafe concept to their new hometown of Charlotte, NC. After working with another company to design a logo & menu, they came to us in need of a website to secure their online presence.

In addition to a website we recommended search engine optimization to make it easier for users to find their new website on Google and to improve the website's ranking in search results. Three months after implementation their business claimed the #1 spot in Google search results.

Google Analytics was also implemented on the website to monitor website performance. With that we were able to see helpful insights like how many visitors were accessing the website, what devices they were accessing the website from, and what led them to the website.

Leading up to their grand opening, we managed their Google Business account which enabled people to find their business on Google Maps. After opening their doors to the public they were also able to receive customer reviews on Google. Three months after implementation they averaged a 4.9 out of 5 star rating from 28 reviews.

They also opted for a website care plan which removed the hassle of ongoing website maintenance. This allows them to stay focused on their business and customers while we take great care of their website.
